The creator of this didn't give permission for this to be posted anywhere than other on her DeviantArt Account. You should remove it from here. This site doesn't really have the right to post it/obtain comments for it - especially without her permission. It's theft.

Also, for future reference you should really have the common courtesy to NOTIFY the creator of any works you post here.

Rather than just taking what isn't yours.

I beleive the admins are not responsible for uploading the flash in the gallery. As it says in the flash upload "you have to be the copyright owner of the files you are going to upload. if not, be sure that they are freely distributed!" someone must had to upload it without knowing that the flash is "copyrighted". I've understood that these flashes are not admins own flashes and the idea of the site is gather flashes from the internet so everyone can watch 'em. So basically they are not stealing and claiming the flash their own...

This file is posted by users and if the #13 really is the owner, you should contact us with email. Someone saying here in comments that it's his/her is just 99% unreliable. And yes, we do not say this wouldn't belong to her. It's written all over the file anyway.

BTW. Did the creator of this flash really got the permission to use Vocaloid's PoPiPo as a background music? I'm somewhat sceptical. :-P

So right now I don't see any reason to remove this. Why?
It's funny flash and many people will find her website after watching this one. And when it's here and it has rating over 4, it must be a good one. ;-)

The artist doesn't like that it's here and their friends are just trying to support them...no need to call anyone a fag ^^; and the artist is still getting publicity and stuff because their name is all over the place
