anon: I beleive the admins are not responsible for uploading the flash in the gallery. As it says in the flash upload "you have to be the copyright owner of the files you are going to upload. if not, be sure that they are freely distributed!" someone must had to upload it without knowing that the flash is "copyrighted". I've understood that these flashes are not admins own flashes and the idea of the site is gather flashes from the internet so everyone can watch 'em.
