Perhaps in his early childhood he was trapped under a fallen cabinet with the anime CD's. And the only thing he could see it's a happy anime faces! He was rescued after a several long agonizing hours. And after that he decided to break all DVD's with anime, burn all manga, gather an army of followers and destroy the Japan!
But now his evil plan at an early stage - downgrade the rating of the anime flashes!
