I don't think it's a random title generator as most of these games are actual titles. maybe it's used for something but I have owned many of these games.
first one I clicked was the genesis and it was Championship Pro-Am. a good racing game but the GODDAMN YELLOW CAR! it cheated by going 500 mph around the track perfectly so it's downright impossible to win.
