yeah, I think it's one of the few non-hentai in the forth (aka. AMVhell 0)... either that or it's from the last one... it's neither 1,2 or 3. But I'm not gonna check, episode 0 and 4 are each more than an hour

shame this flash didn't include the FMA with the continiuation of the soundclip
wanted to see Ed jump out the window :P
