I, for one, embrace the persons in my head. It makes imagination vivid and creates emotional reaction to my numb life. And because I still have some real-life interaction with people, I know what is here and what's in my head.

Don't know what isolation would do, but pretty sure it's the same as this game.

Thought the girl symbolizes drugs, wrapped around your arm, not wanting to go out, not needing friends, etc.

Man this game was deep though it was short. I made every decision how I felt like I would really do. Why drag forceful relationship it if it feels horrible but I agree with #3.
