The title uses a verb as a noun. It's like removing critical letters from a word or having only half of it. A french would think of it this way: -Les = makes the next word a plural masculine Noun -RÉssent = the name of someone/a place, or "re"(again) "ssent"(nonexistent word root/letters missing). -Ress (someone/a place/nonexistent word root/letters missing) "ent" suffix of plural masculine - Les Ressent => cannot compute/Ogooglebar/gibberish... It would make sense in a phrase like "Il ressent sa douleur." (He feels his/her pain), but one wouldn't think of it since "Les" made sure it was a noun. (April 13, 2013, 2:32 am)
