Its probably an older model tri barrel chain gun, probably takes a larger round of ammunition as something like that could be used for anti-infantry sweeps.

Of course I'm probably wrong, looking at the ammo belt. Its probably a smaller round of ammunition so that means the fire rate is probably higher meaning sheer overkill if she is using it on a target that don't have any body armor.
