Anime is Air and you'll find the song by googling the lyrics. This Flash version of an AMV fails because apparently the creator was to lazy to download non-subtitled versions of the episodes.

Damn! Subs in a AMV is so shitty!

People who cant get rid of subtitles are not considered human and therefor its OK to hunt them down and exterminate them like the filth they are. The only positive thing this filth can produce is food for worms and bugs in the ground with their body.

That way that can contribute to the world as fertile soil for flowers and be part of a greater and beautiful good but instead they choose to poison the mind of the living with their filth and ineptness.

ON A SECOND THOUGH that will be too good for them. They are not even filth they are utterly worthless, they need to be tortured for a small eternity and then ripped out of time and space and spend the rest of all conceivable and inconceivable time remembering and reliving the agony they've felt and given to other human lives in tenfold strength.
