Incase you don't know the anime.
The chick has invisible extendable arms because she's not human.
The other kids pick on her and the dog and hit the dog 'till it bleeds(and dies?) so the chick freaks out and tears the kids apart with these invisible extendable arms.

Awesome anime.
'nuff sed.

I sorta maybe liked the flash?

Didn't know about the anime, but the audio is from a prank call as old as the internets, like 1999 or so. It's just some guy calling himself "Kerpal" harassing someone about their daughter kicking his dog- in a funny Indian accent.
