Guys, look up the term "lucid dreaming."

It even says on the intro page that it's a timing to help you have lucid dreams several times in a night. Put down your crappy FPS games, ponies and drugs and give it a try. Results may vary.

In case you don't know, a lucid dream is a dream where you know you're dreaming. In otehr words, you'll be god of the dream world. That hot babe at the bar that looked at you a few times and then left leaving you alone? With a lucid dream, you can have her or even someone better.
