No, its not. There isnt an album where this song is originally contained, but i found a vinyl with this song from a japanese music store: http://mega-mix.ocnk.net/product/3402
Artist is ST91, song is Blue. The artist seems to be a very small name, since its song has only been included in some trance collections, and hasnt got its own album (except for the vinyl).

Uhh... There is one single 60 minute long 'song' that seems to contain every song. The ST91 - Blue starts somewhere near 50:00. Needs to be fix'd so that every song is a separate file. But, still, good work :-D
