It's a life simulator in German. You can view the stats and evolution of the grubs as they eat each other and compete for survival.

"game" is a mislabel.

Interesting little piece here.

At one point, as I was observing it, the majority of the creatures had spontaneously formed a group/flock.
They all traveled after the same goal, in a tight group.

Then suddenly, they just stopped in their tracks.
The whole group just sat there and died off, one at a time.
