iopi: #2 is funny because Winrar and 7zip File Manager are striking examples of difference between polished tool developed through many years and typical GUI wrapper for a library/console application that is aimed at casual users, developers, and no one in particular at the same time. While it is safe to guess two-button wizard that can extract files from archive and put them back suits 90% of users 90% of the time (me included), well-thought additional functionality is where the difference really is.
