Got to level 9, it took only 6 min 11 sec. You can push the start button, but do not move the mouse. No matter what happens, DO NOT move your mouse.

Yeah, I passed the bonus rounds. Thanks Ronin for the tip of hitting tab before moving the mouse so that you can click on Skip. I was almost tempted on Level 38 to move the mouse. This game gets more clever after Level 24.

But I'm certain there are no more levels after 15.
It is also impossible to click the skip button, since hitting tab also kills the puppy.

on level nine..how do you get the nail down so you can get the puppy to move?

You don't, just don't move the mouse, like in all the other levels.

Level 12 is the hardest imo. The one with the "START"-thing, you know?

I only "play" this game to shoot the puppy. Win every time and only takes a second. Good game.

Its a simple game.the dog moves to the left and the gun will shoot,and kill it, if you move the mouse or press any button including tab,alt or windows. To win you simply don't do anything.
every level add a twist.compared to level 1:
level 2 dog moves slower.
Level 3 adds a huge popup advertisement on the screen.
Level 4 dog stops for a few seconds every once in a while.
Level 5 change sign to "eternal suffering"
Level 6 middleway a ball is thrown from off-screen,the dog pick it with its mouth and carry it while walking.
Level 7 is like level 6, but the ball is thrown much farther, the dog will go backwards, catch the ball and then go all the way back. While the dog is behind the gun you can shoot without losing.
Level 8 the dog is much smaller and there is a button called "skip level" below the gun.
Level 9 your mouse transform into a hammer and there is a nail in front of the dog. The dog will stand still for a time and then he will just walk normally.
Level 10 the screen turns black for the entire level.
Level 11 the gun disappears. If you resize your browser you can see that the gun just moved off-screen.
Level 12 when you click start the button doesn't disappear and the dog doesn't move for a few seconds. If you click the "start" button again the dog dies.
Level 13 there is a cooldown above the dog. He will move when the cooldown is over.
Level 14 the dog sleep middleway,and will dream a dag walking. The dream dog will move out of dream and walk to the end.
Level 15 the dog will move progressively slower, nearly stopping when close to the end.

As a bonus if you right click play in the "you won" screen the level 1 stage sign will have a sad face.
