He started a preemptive war on falsified grounds that led to half a million deaths, cost the country trillions of dollars, and destabilized the Middle East, setting the stage for future conflicts (like ISIS). Under his administration, prisoners were authorized to be tortured, the financial industry was bailed out at taxpayer expense, and the economy was put into an economic tailspin that it will never recover from. His vice president shot a man in the face with a shotgun. And he did it all with that stupid chuckleblaa grin on his face.
