Thanks for informing me. I thought that it looked a little like the MC in monogatari series, but didn't remember that scene from the show, so I knew it wasn't from that.

Close up on face with its similarities to monogatari's protagonist and drawing style had me fooled. Besides this seemed random enough to belong in ONA or movie. Anyway thanks for the info.
