Mr X: It is a Swedish tv channel. SVTB Just for kid's. The Loop or the "Penguin" is not from Sweden. It is a small clip of the "Penguins from Madagaskar" Not the film but they did some other clips whit the figures. (June 10, 2013, 8:55 pm)
