Ankkah: #10 I'm no expert, but.. The chibiblob in the foreground says mostly nonsensical/filler stuff and noises. The swinging Shimakaze in the background goes "Sl~ow" (Oo~soi) for the most part. When they're changing the blob goes something about service (?), don't quite catch that. After that Shimakaze says her introductory line (I think) "Shimakaze here. I won't lose to anyone in speed." And then I don't quite get the sentence after that, but after that she goes again with something related to her own name. (December 26, 2013, 4:49 pm)
