got just above 1 250 000. once you reach heights of 140+ you can go into infinite loop of bounce and actually increase height with just w+d until it stops at 183 high. after that you'll occasionally hit something on the ground to boost speed.

Just get urself a rifle and a rocket booster. shoot horizontally and use booster right away and then keep one hittin the turtle before hes going to hit the ground with ur rifle. Dont let him hit the ground once. This well let you travel much further...
