Nope.

I've tried this out with a simple audio tool and i can tell you one thing, that audio sample is real.

However, if you didn't have the supposed hidden message lyrics written right in front of you, it just might be that you wouldnt have the imagination to hear it that way.

The fact stands that the forward-played Lyrics make no sense.

Thing is, I think his goal was to backmask the word "satan" in that verse for the sake of controversy, So he tried to pronounce "Spring Clean for the May Queen" in a way that would make the reverse audio sound like that.
