Anonymous: Earlier in the movie the main character is killed by having a gun placed between his ass cheeks and fired. He is then treated to a computer wireframe recreation of the scene put together by God, so he is able to watch his own pitiful death from every angle. Later in the movie the main character, an aspiring mangaka, tells his love interest a story about astronauts who were shrunk down and injected in her ass à la Fantastic Voyage, and were trying to escape out her butt before they expanded back to full size.
