I think the movie source is "Survive Style 5+". Its a surrealistic movie with a bunch of losely interconnected stories. Its awesome as it got vinnie jones in it.

This one is a family going to a hypnotist show and the dad is made to think he is a chicken. Hypnotist gets shot and killed on stage never returning the dad to normal -> Hilarity ensues/endless sadness, your mileage may vary on this as it is all done in slapstick and deadpan. I might be remembering this wrong though. All i know for sure is that the movie is "weird".
