sinnfreichan: it means it was disapproved once, then some users (not anons, you need to have a username here for that) voted it up. it got enough votes, so it was re-approved. we've changed this tag to "rejected" recently, but some old ones still come through ;) (September 15, 2010, 10:28 pm)
