At this point I dont care what this is made in, music sucks, the style is ugly and nothing makes sense anyway.

It isn't made in MSPaint, it's from the webcomic MSPaintAdventures. It doesn't make sense because it's like taking a single panel from a comic and expecting it to explain the entire story.
