To be fair, the dude who keeps that Cirno Is A Genius blog did this, mostly, he just borrowed the artwork from Walfas via create.swf. I would think that a guy who lives in Japan and has three jobs, one of which is teaching high school, would have better things to do than indulge in Touhou fandom.
