I might, just might manage to end chapter 1 today. I have the last filler right beside me here, ready to be scanned.
The pirate jokes today weren't ripped anywhere particular... and it's just easy to make pirate jokes. I mean, just find a word with "ar". Then make it "ARRRRR". Then think of a question for it. Most pirate jokes (surprise) consist of these types of jokes.
I had forgotten I had a blur tool...

So, we're on week-o-fillah again. And just like last time, I'm one week late for it. This time we haqve, surprise, pirate jokes coming. I'd like to note that none of the pirate jokes told during this week (with 1 exception I guess) are made up by me. I ripped them off somewhere else. Well, what do you expect on week-o-fillah, original, good jokes? Hah, I say.
On later news, there appears to be quite a fair number of mushrooms in forests.

So, we've reached the conclusion of end-of-chapter. Also, my exam week has ended, with an exception of the matriculation exam. You know what this means? I'm three fillers behind schedule. I'll try to do some catching up. I bet you're waiting the next chapter as eagerly as I am. And since I refuse to tell how excited I am about that, you can't prove me wrong. And even if you can, you don't benefit from it. It's a win-win for me... and, er... you too?

Since nobody's presenting me any questions, I'm making up some of my own.
Also, Master's scary in a way.
What else can I say? Except I'm some fillers behind schedule, which sounds weird. I'll try to do some catching up. And I myself have high expectations of the next chapter.

It's all said in the comic. I have time to answer questions now. If I get some, I'll attempt to answer them here.
... I know, I am evil to cause cliffhangers and then throwing two weeks full of fillers. But hey, it happens pretty much at the same time with real life things, so...

Don't you just love cliffhangers? I sure do. They add the little excitement to our lives that we sometimes need. Or not, I'm just speculating here. But cliffahnger at the end of chapter. That's 3vul!!
Next up we have the chapter end review, and possibly a few fillers due to exam week. Then the story resumes in form of chapter 2. I can't wait to see how it turns out?

One more page to page number 50 and end of chapter! No way I'm quitting now!! Aren't you excited what will happen? Me too!
Unfortunately I must tell you that next few weeks, due to exam week and matriculation exams, will be full of fillers. Then we'll get back to the story in form of chapter 2. Now I'm not going to tell you anymore about my future plans. *grins evilly*

They finally reached the mountain, and we're getting near the end of this storyline (like I have mentioned so many times before). What will they find inside? That will be revealed on the next page.
What are mountains colored anyway?

Don't you just love flashbacks? I do, because they mean less trouble for me. And they also remind the readers (that's you) what has happened earlier.
And once again we are noted how Dire Badger vanished. I'll get to that... eventually.

Yay. Another comic. One week late. Sorry. It's because of matriculation exams and also the exam week is closing up... but I'll try to finish this storyline before that. Only 3 updates and one weekyl special to go!
Also, I had fun with smudge in today's comic. it doesn't look too bad, does it?

You know, I think Leo is going a bit too far with his protective nature. Oh, well. What would a comic be without some exaggeration. He he he.
With this update I'm up-to-date again. Yay for that.

So, it's a fairy of some sort. And we see just how paranoid Darkwiz can be. He and Laiti don't seem to fare together very well.
But Leo makes the first contact? Where will this end up in? Stay tuned.

Light beams made in a new way. Neat.
Hrm, what else? Ok. Now they are heading for the mountain, unless the one Leo saw doesn't stall them too much. Darkwiz doesn't seem to understand why it's strange for a mountain to be alone in the middle of othherwise flat terrain. They'll eventually return to this argument later, as the title suggests.

Guess what?
I like doing pages with flashbacks.
You ask why?
Simple. Less coloring. Only thing I need to do with flashback frames is ink them and shade a bit with a pencil. As simple as that. Also, that way I get to say a lot of stuff without any of those ugly tpo-to-bottom speech bubbles.
Also. Notice anything familiar with the squid's disappearance thing? He he he...
Everything will be revealed later. Hopefully.

Whoo! According to my calcultions, I'm currently missing only one update, which I'll probably take here on Friday. We'll have a double update then, just like yesterday.
And tell me, in how many movies (parodies included) have you seen a similiar scene? That explains Laiti's (yet another) 4th wall breaking comment. I'll make him pay for all those walls! You'll see!
... which makes me wonder... Laiti has a very nice was to say "thank you"...

Ahh! I managed to get something uploaded today as well. Lucky me. Okay, let's see what can I say about the comic itself.
It's mainly talking again, plus a big action frame in the end. Hmm... I don't think you've seen that sword before. Next page reveals its wielder.
I actually found out it wasn't very easy to draw that leaping position. The first one wasn't that good. Then I made a scetch on seperate paper and v

I am very sorry about the late update(s). The school surprised me in that manner that I haven't had much time to update. However, I aim not to have any "missed" updates so there will be double- triple, maybe even quadruple updates.
So, about this comic. That's the pirate that owned the ship. Is owned the right word? I couldn't think of anything else.
Also, you might not want to try to find out what the small pirate says. It's nothing important. But the bigger one's first reply gives you a hint.

Sometimes thinking of a title is difficult. This time it was easy enough, though.
However, now I can't think of a proper comment. Yay, me.
Also, you might have noticed this one's a bit late. It's because the schools began again and I, naturally, don't have as much time as I'd like to have. Also, my computer is popular in my family. Yay.
Also, a few days ago I began playing retroMUD. It's a text based game. I'm a bit lost there. He he he. So, if you see a character names Lukki shouting, screaming, muttering and mumbling in a dark room because he can't see, you know it's me.
As you might have noticed, I don't have anything to comment to- um... friday's comic. I'll be on my way doing this week's comics in a moment.

I had trouble thinking the title for this one. Anyway, nothing goes unnoticed by Laiti. Nerf 'im! Erm... Anyway, he knows Master and his tricks too well. Or then he saw the giant thingie behind him from its shadow. Would that make him a ninja? But we have a ninja already! He does have a collar covering half of his face though...
Anyway, I can't wait to see where this results in.

Soo... what can I say about today's comic?
Now we know the girl's name is Aurora, and why the Black Army goons were chasing her.
And now it's not difficult to guess what Noname is going to do next.
Puppy eyes of DOOM!
...
As you can see, I'm bored, and I have my Random switch turned on...

Comic upped half one in the middle of the night. How nice.
Okay, let's sum this up. The Black Army Goons were chasing this girl when Dark and Noname happened to stroll by. The noise lured dire badger and Dark fled. The badger vanished and Noname beat up the goons and now is sitting in a meadow with the girl.
But what in Venessa's name is she talking about? Well, we'll find that out on friday.

SURPRIIISEEE!!!
It's no longer in RAW form! That is, I changed the way I uploaded it here. From now on, I'm going to upload greyscale comics at this area. However, this process takes such a funny curve that I simply have to make a colored version of the page while at it. Turning it greyscale takes only like 10 seconds, coloring it might take several hours.
Anyway, the colored version of today's comic will be put into the colored pages folder, so look there. I'm quite proud of this one.
Ah. I'm off with my thoughts today. All I'm speaking about is my changed style, yet I forget to comment the comic itself. I feel jovial.
So, the guys hanging in the trees are Black Army goons that Noname and Dark encountered before. All one could say about the smouldering tree stumps is that the battle was fierce. Also, the Dire Badger vanished at some point of the battle as the smaller one implies.

So another RAW has been uploaded. "RAW"... with texts fixed of course. Anyway, let's see what we have here today. In the first frame Master's referring to Dark summoning Darkwiz... even though their names sound similiar, they have no connection.
Well, now. Master has revealed the reason of summoning the group. A new story. How surprising. Next week we'll see what Master has in his mind. Also, this is the last comic in the "emptyness" that we have seen in the last few comics. At least until I decide to use it again. Whatever.

I guess it's me introducing the new characters again. Lessee... The first to come is Noname (no connection to noname scripts, the similiarity is just a coincidence.) Noname is a ninja of sorts. But unlike many other ninjas *rolls eyes*, Noname doesn't know much magic, if any at all.
The second to come, the white dude in the cloak, is Leo (he's not me, just shares the name). He's a nal'iga and... heck, I'm not going to revise the whole history of Realm Creation here. Let's just say that he's not human.
The third one, summoned by Dark, is Darkwiz. He's from a race called spellcasters and, he... well... casts spells. I might say he's a bit na

Here it is then. My first step into the webcomic world. Hope it doesn't suffer the same things my other projects did... Ah, there you are. Um, so, about this comic then. This here is a RAW version, meaning I scanned it and put it up here... well, okay, my handwriting isn't really Comic Sans MS, but I don't want to hear complaints that you can't read my text. So, the characters then. The first is Laiti, second is Dark and the robed one is Master. You'll get to know each of them during this comic, so that's for introductions.
I'm planning on making a colored version of every page, but don't expect too much from a lazy author.
