she isnt a youkai, neither jesus. She is a magician(former human) buddhist, that helped youkais.

Maybe "Youkai's Messiah" would be the most accurate and related to "Youkai Jesus".

Technically, Marisa is a human. "Witch" is her profession. There are Magicians (Witches under a different guise) as a species in Gensokyo as well (the first ones that come to mind are Patchouli and Alice). They are considered youkai.
