Stalkking: LOL! If you keep refreshing, more and more grass starts to grow on his grave, and eventually flowers will bloom ^^ Don't think there's anything after that. And yeah, you can win the game. If you beat the boss, the cops will take you instead and you'll see lots of ending scenes where the lizard is dying and you're the bad guy.
