eh.. had frames that reached over 500 in some moments, this is my comp though, it did lag part of the way which i would assume is the flow of my streaming i am uploading and downloading at the time.. oh well

the numer top left is the count of lost frames. the higher, the worse.

clicking on it switches to the frame counter in general, i.e. how far you got.

at the end of the video had 9071, after the restart still going up. Nice clip and smoothing music.
