Yah, it's Strike Witches alright. It's surprisingly good if you don't mind panty shots. It's got this whole early WW2 feel, with england being the last citadel of humans in the fight against aliens who have conquered the rest of Europe.

this anime sort of fails at plot but when it comes to fanservice and fetishes it's pretty awesome... awesome as in loli without panties running around chased by other lolis, not to mention the fact that most of the girl characters don't wear any pants or skirts, ever (only panties)
