The more you know!: #3 You're nearly correct, but Reisen is not saying ちゅつ (chutsu), but ちゅっ (with little "tsu", which is silent, and only signals a sharp end of the previous syllable - it's used a lot in onomatopoeias and somewhat agressive dialogues in manga.
