I'd really like to know what this is from. I searched for radio talk show hosts named Mike and Dean that might be from Chicago (Since they mention the Tribune in this), but I can't find anything.

Okay, so, I've come back and found out that this is actually from a radio show called "Red Bar Radio", as induced by the filename. They can be found on youtube, and on their site, which is just a simple google search.
