Well it doesn't look like anime much either... I'm pretty confident it's manga. Hentai is a western name for genre of anime and manga (Japanese would probably call it ero-manga). It's not smart to correct other people when you don't know what you are talking about.

its funny that you should say, "It's not smart to correct other people when you don't know what you are talking about" when you yourself don't know what your talking about. Hentai is a Japanese word in origin and that is from a hentai doujinshi and not a manga. Outside of Japan the word hentai is usually used when talking about japanimated porn but in Japan it could mean a couple things such as weird, unnatural, perverted or also porn. And of course it is not an Anime since it would be required that it be animated to be as such. Learn to keep your mouth shut when you don't know jack.
