It's supposed to make you THINK it's NSFW because the title IMPLIES certain content. Since it is not what it implied, but something of a slightly different interpretation of the title, it is correct and not false.

just because you're such a derpy idiot, i'll explain: #5 said the title didn't lie, referring to the fact that like the title says, the flash contains a pussy licking a loli (lollipop). as such i pointed out that it's not exactly true since lollipops are seldom called "lolis" (to the best of my knowledge). i am quite aware of the fact that the title "implies certain content" and can be interpreted in two different ways
