ok, this is a clear cut definition of what a real otaku is. as most people think that one is or that they are one. if you love anime so much that you are willing to dress up like this because your love for anime. even though you should not.
you are an otaku (difference from a fan and a cosplayer like me, I only do ones that I can do. like urahara kisuke and vash the stampede. and it doesn't consume my life)
