No, it's when you bring the flashing chalice back to the yellow castle

I was hoping that this flash would contain something special in the Warren Robinett room. And after I went to so much effort to get in there... the author of this flash didn't bother to even change anything there. Dammit.

So don't bother with the pixel unless you've never seen the original easter egg before.
