Song is "Despair" from the Ragnarok Battle Offline soundtrack. It's not the ingame version of the song, but a remix of it, which is included on the OST CD. If you can download it individually I wouldn't know where, just look for RBO OST on your torrent site of choice. Hopefully you'll find a file with vastly superior sound quality to this flash :
