Unless I'm badly mistaken this is some sort of old Finnish spell used to "treat" snakebites. Although I've never heard the whole thing parts of this sound familiar. It starts from "find a hillside in the forest", goes to the end and then starts at the beginning.

Actually, disregard the two first parts, when it goes to the end it starts from "Evil, stinging devil's minion".
