They need to do away with the insane mother. Who would kill their babys, because they can't fight back?
It was on the new this morning a mother in who had killed her three babies. They are taking the three babies back to new york to lay them to rest. My prayers are with the father who lost his children, I am truely sorry for your loss.

I think the mother is in Arkansas.

And I think "they need to do way instain mother" is a response to the question. I would translate it to: They need to do something inside the mother. The response then gets sidetracked and starts talking about that horrifying incident.
