Synonymous: #8 It was made with Adobe Flash Professional CS5. http://dagobah.net/flash/anon_partyhard_reloaded_01.swf actually used the "Deco Tool" which only exists in later versions of Flash, but this one doesn't use any fancy tricks aside from some action script 2.0 which has been around for a while.
