Maybe this is from Hellsing OVA, haven't watched it yet so can't say for sure. But definitely from Hellsing.

Yup , this is from Hellsing Ultimate 3th episode. I've watch it, and it's pretty good. I definitely recommend these series to everyone who haven't watched them.

no visual effects are good and this is animated way better than normal hellsing.

Hellsing finally did it right with the OVA, following the manga, the manga is a lot better than the original TV animation. At least in my opinion, I mean hell it had Nazi vampires and Nazi wolf boys. Junior Warrant Officer Schrödinger kicks ass.
