I didn't say I disliked Touhou, but I do dislike poor flashes. This is, unfortunately, one of them, and these flashes are killing the internets just by being horribly bad and voted high regardless.

It's a cute idea. And considering that all it consists of is a bunch of Shanghai dolls sitting/standing and performing, I fail to see how high quality could improve it.

Also, the rating is not meant for just how 'good' of a flash it might be, but how much you might like it.

Quality improves a lot on everything. Yeah sure, show a bunch of "cute" dolls doing the same thing over and over again till the song ends.... Not even worth calling a music video.

OK, the quality is better than usual, the actions of the dolls are somewhat synced to the song, and they are adorable as they sing the loco roco theme. It's simple and good-natured, and the person who made it hasn't gone out of his/her way to give the concept a fully animated treatment, which I really can't see adding to this video. Besides that, this probably wasn't a flash in the first place, just ripped from a niconicodouga video, so I fail to see how it could be judged on the same standards as 'flashes'. Anyway, as we all know, 'good' flashes usually just consist of horribly disfigured and awkwardly animated sprites taking part in some surrealist '''comedy''' whilst college students wheeze out lines from their malformed voice-boxes . . .
