Drowning noise from sonic the hedgehog 2, AND (your probably like WTF AND?!?) In Sonic.exe (Yes It is a creepypasta but they made it a real game) But in Sonic.exe, When You are playing as tails, and you are playing 'hide and seek' (no matter what when playing 'hide and seek' with him you will never win) and he is chasing you, you hear that noise that pinkie played.
