I finally won =) took some time.

first run,then stay under the tree.Then avoid the Harpy tree.After that you have to fight the cyclop.Then continue original path.Run away from the Hydra(three times)aaand won =)

you can win in another way,

either, run, either with the centaur (i used seduce), run from the lamia?, spin&stab, in the maze go north east east north east, exit, and take the boat west and you arrive in town with the hydra, and run 3 times.
I managed this on my first try with just pure luck.

Going the other way with the boat leaves you 3 new choices which kill you every time. Black screen "ripped in two from teeth long as arms" wa the middle choice (when you get back and choose any of the other options you understand its a Cerberus that killed you, because he kills you to your face in the other two options)
