It's from the soundtrack of the little bit strange film Le Fabuleux Destin d\'Amélie Poulain. The story imo is bad but the soundtrack and camera work is really good.

Somebody's spent a long time making that sprited version of Konata doing that dance of hers, and all you can say is that the music that's been taken from a large budjeted film is great? Way to focus your attention to what actually was the point of this flash,

Most likely, the creator of this flash didn't do anything other than slapping a .gif and an .MP3 together.
The .gif, well made as it is, is just a trace of the original, and i've seen gifs with far more effort put into it. The music was much more interesting.

The characters in Lucky Star are in High School, which makes them around 16-18 or so. 15-17? Whatever. They look exactly the same in episode 1 and episode 24, and they're presumably entering university after that.

Personally, I can well see a future where ( ... )s basically get to be pedos as long as they don't actually ( ... ) adolescents or anything. A world of midgets prostitutes. It would probably be better to find a 'healthy' outlet for people through faux-porn and stuff... Through limited acceptance of pedophilia, there will be a more transparency, which will force open, harmless ( ... )s to follow a code that does not promote secrecy and which prevents them from actually being able to get their hands on preschool kids, or even want to.

Of course, if there is actually a 'cure' to pedophilia, it should be used. Unlike homosexuality, pedophilia is... destructive because the other participant in the act is not a person who can give their consent. I will not get into the fact that pedophilia is unbiological, a slippery slope, but the fact remains that children are not meant for sex.
