Earlier in the movie the main character is killed by having a gun placed between his ass cheeks and fired. He is then treated to a computer wireframe recreation of the scene put together by God, so he is able to watch his own pitiful death from every angle.

Later in the movie the main character, an aspiring mangaka, tells his love interest a story about astronauts who were shrunk down and injected in her ass à la Fantastic Voyage, and were trying to escape out her butt before they expanded back to full size. She thinks it's hilarious and then they have sex.

Mind Game's writer clearly has issues.

And in this part of the movie, the one sister dresses up like a bigendered freak of nature, makes allusions to pregnancy, and creates an animation of herself by dumping paint over her body and jumping into a large cloth. This is a major turning point for the movie's immensely deep plot and knowing about it will ruin the movie for you if you haven't seen it yet.
