Am I the only one disturbed by the fact that that is physically impossible?

Haven't seen the anime, the manga rocks. The creator has a new one going on, Ai Kora, which rocks. The manga isn't very racy, it's almost borderline ecchi (well, you know how it goes... jadedness) but it has a high fetishishtic content.

Why not? Even though, lots of those shows defy real world logic their are some moments that don't (mind you, I didn't say entire series').
