mcdizzle: I never understood this mentality. Yes, you are still going to blaa, but don't you want to feel great for all of the days you are living before you blaa? Or do you want to be riddled with disease by 50 and on 12 medications and drooling on yourself by the time you finally retire? I avoid 90% of the bad things listed, it's not that hard.
