For those who can't get past the 1st shake, the key is to keep the launch angle upright and to slam the pink cap upwards with your mouse as hard as you can. This gives you the extra duration between shakes to maximize the next launch.

The pink cap is used in Japanese Ramune soda drinks to force the glass marble out of the bottle mouth and unleash the carbonization inside, much like opening an aluminum soda can.
